1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each lamp is made with love and care, please allow 3-4 business days for processing. After your lamp has been carefully crafted and inspected, it will be shipped directly to you. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, I’m happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, CA, UK, AUS. It’s my way of thanking you for choosing Jessica Hall and supporting my small business.


3. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your lamp is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your lamps journey from my workshop to your door.


4. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your bag within 14 days of receiving it. The lamp must be unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more details, or contact me at support@hall-jessica.com to start the return process.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! I’m thrilled to ship my lamp worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary based on your location. If you’re outside the USA and interested in placing an order, please feel free to reach out for more details.


6. Can I customize a lamp?

I love working with customers to create something truly special. If you have a specific idea or would like a custom lamp, please contact me and we can discuss the possibilities. I’ll do my best to bring your vision to life!
